1. Carriage
The high-speed rotating carriage servo,
features a 5.2-inch head that is 40mm
shorter than the previous generation.
When producing multi-color jacquard,
production efficiency is significantly improved.
2. Yarn Transportation Device
The active yarn transportation device
effectively reduces resistance
during yarn transport. It is particularly
suitable for yarns with low elasticity
or high brittleness, such as cashmere,
rabbit cashmere, and other special
yarns, ensuring uniform fabric
structure and improved
machine weaving efficiency.
3. Oil-Adding Device
The automatic oiling device allows setting oiling intervals and duration in the system, avoiding maintenance problems caused by inconsistent manual oiling and effectively increasing
the machine's service life.
4. Yarn Feeder
Equipped with 16 yarn feeders, which auto-adjust their stopping positions based on knitting width.
It also fine-tunes the yarn feeder stopping position according to the machine head speed.
