1. Carriage
The high-speed rotating servo carriage,
features a 5.2-inch head that is 40mm
shorter than the previous generation.
When producing multi-color jacquard,
the production efficiency is substantially increased.
2. Yarn Transportation Device
The active yarn transportation device
effectively minimizes resistance
during yarn transport, making it especially
suitable for yarns with poor elasticity
or high brittleness, such as cashmere,
rabbit cashmere, and other special
yarns, resulting in uniform fabric
structure and improved
weaving efficiency.
3. Oil-Adding Device
The automatic oiling system allows arbitrary setting of oiling intervals and times, avoiding maintenance issues from manual oiling inconsistencies, and extending
the machine's service life.
4. Yarn Feeder
Equipped with 16 yarn feeders, the machine automatically adjusts stopping positions according to knitting width.
It also fine-tunes the yarn feeder stopping position based on the machine's head speed.
